Greg has an extensive background in Management, Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management from over 20 years’ experience working in multiple industry sectors. His focus is on promoting our work, working with clients to provide solutions, and driving awareness around boosting wellbeing in our client organisations.
Greg is passionate about enabling better access to services and support that improve people’s livelihoods and wellbeing.

Caroline has been with Workplace Support since 2001 and brings with her a wide range of administration and organisational skills to co-ordinate organisational output. Caroline's empathy for the work of the organisation allows her to assist clients in a very respectful manner and seeks at all times to find the appropriate response. |
Darren oversees our On-site Wellbeing Support services and related staff. This includes recruitment, induction, support, internal training and professional development of the team, and service delivery for our client worksites. |

| Jessica is a culturally competent, rainbow-friendly therapist who enjoys working with people of varied ages, cultures, backgrounds, and abilities. Using a range of modalities in her practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Jessica adapts her approach to suit the individual’s needs. Felicity specialises in relationships, grief and loss, abuse and trauma, spirituality, personal dignity and ethics using an Integrated, Interpersonal, Person-Centered, CBT and attachment models. Felicity is also accredited for Victim Support and Work & Income counselling, is involved in Restorative Justice and has extensive management experience in the health sector.
