Greg has an extensive background in Management, Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management from over 20 years’ experience working in multiple industry sectors. His focus is on promoting our work, working with clients to provide solutions, and driving awareness around boosting wellbeing in our client organisations.
Greg is passionate about enabling better access to services and support that improve people’s livelihoods and wellbeing.

Felicity Sutherland
Felicity has a wide and varied range of professional and personal experience which supports her role of Clinical Lead, Counsellor and Professional Supervisor for Workplace Support.
Felicity practices using an integrated, interpersonal model which seeks to support the dignity of the whole person. She is further trained in facilitation (Restorative Practice) and Critical Incident Response. Professional interests lie in the areas of relationships, grief and loss, trauma, family harm, depression, anxiety, ethics, and spirituality.

Mark Taylor
Mark has worked as a Community Mental Health Support Worker in various roles for the past 14 years. Having come from a trades background, he gravitated to people work to study Social Work. Mark has a strong emphasis on fostering connectedness and solid relationships, empowering individuals and groups to build resilience using available resources to enhance individual and collective wellbeing.
Mark leads Wellbeing Support teams across Te Wai Pounamu and Critical Incident Response across the motu. Mark brings his solid clinical experience to assist Workplace Support to provide safe, reliable wellbeing support to people in their workplaces.
Mark is registered through the Social Work Registration Board.

Sonia Hungerford
With a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit sector, Sonia brings a strong foundation in organisational administration and a deep passion for people-focused work to her role as Operations Lead. Motivated by a genuine commitment to wellbeing, Sonia’s diverse skill set and passion for a positive work environment advance our efforts to make a meaningful impact in the workplaces we support.

Darren Wright
With a diverse background in the New Zealand building and construction industry, Darren spent over a decade designing and installing projects, including during the challenging Christchurch Earthquake years. In 2018, he shifted focus to Body Corporate and Asset Management roles, which furthered his experience.
A passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, Darren believes a positive work environment is key to a fulfilling life. He uses his extensive skills and experience to support workplaces and individuals, leading an incredible team that makes a real impact on people’s lives.

Caroline Walters
Caroline has been with Workplace Support since 2001 and brings with her a wide range of administration and organisational skills to co-ordinate organisational output.
Caroline’s empathy for the work of the organisation allows her to assist clients in a very respectful manner and seeks at all times to find the appropriate response.
